After 20 years of creating desserts in the renowned Parisian Michelin star restaurants Guy Savoy* and Alain Dutournier*, chef Philippe Robert yearned to return to the countryside, and so founded Philosophie Gourmande in his home town in Auvergne since 2008.
Creative and passionate, Philippe creates unique caramel recipes in divine flavours such as Valrhona dark chocolate caramel with meringue, pear and vanilla caramel, Pink Praline Salted Caramel and Mango Caramel.
