The Nut Kitchen is a unique and exciting range of nut pastes and spreads - crafted in Sicily specially for discerning foodies and creative home chefs. The Nut Kitchen was born in April 2016 based on the passion by its founders, Carmelo di Bartolo and George Smith, to create a range of artisan nut pastes and creams for foodies who love to bake and make ice cream.

The Nut Kitchen’s products are proudly made on the Italian Island of Sicily, a food lover’s paradise and known as the garden of Europe due to its rich and diverse production and gastronomic heritage. The pistachios and almonds used are hand-picked for our Sicilian artisans to turn them into delicious jars of nut pastes and spreads, all of which are naturally free from palm oil and salt.

The Nut Kitchen’s pastes are created for cake baking, patisserie, ice-cream and desserts. The pastes are made by carefully roasting and milling the nut kernels into a paste making them rich in flavour, proteins and nutrients. The spreads are perfect as, toppings and inclusions for cakes, biscuits, croissants and breads.
