Beverley has played a key role in the development of the Barry Callebaut CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center over the past 10 years. She has been involved in the CHOCOLATE ACADEMY™ center from conception to creation of a range of innovative courses for confectionery, bakery and hotel and restaurant sectors.
Beverley has always been passionate about the patisserie profession and early in her career relocated to Switzerland and Luxembourg in order to work with world renowned chefs such as Ewald Notters and in esteemed establishments to advance her creative skills.
