Attend this session to learn about the benefits and health properties of Kinmeimai Rice and Pressed sushi making methods.
The wax layers on the surface of brown rice commonly cause indigestion but by removing the wax layers, Kinmemai Brown Rice is more digiestible and has high nutrient levels - equivalent to normal brown rice. Also it’s easy to cook and lower calorie than common brown rice.
Pressed Sushi (Oshizushi) does not require any specific technic such as Nigiri or Maki. You just need a wooden box for pressing – so it’s nice and simple!
