Montesano's 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder hams have been produced taking care of every detail: from the selection of the breed, 100% Iberian pigs, their diet based on acorns and natural pastures of the Extremadura pastures, known as the cradle of Iberian pigs, to their curing, in this case, a minimum of 24 months in the natural drying sheds and cellars of Ibéricos Montesano, located in Extremadura, Spain.
