The distinctive characteristics of our natural clean label are their intense aroma and flavors, they are the result of a careful manufacturing process where no colorings, artificial flavors or preservatives are used. The selection of the best Iberico pork meats and the stuffing in natural casings mean that these products retain all their properties. The natural extracts are what confer the necessary characteristics so that the manufacturing process is safe and stable. Finally, natural drying and slow curing in the cellar are the crucial elements to achieve a quality natural product. The ideal climate provided by a privileged enclave such as Guijuelo, located between the Sierra de Béjar and Sierra de Gredos, added to the traditional know-how of César Nieto, makes these Iberico products unique.

At César Nieto we are exclusively dedicated to the production and distribution of products derived from Iberico pigs. Since the birth of the company in 1943, three generations have passed through the know how to harmonize traditional and artisan knowledge with the demands of an increasingly demanding market.
