A highly addictive sticky and nutty spread which is usually mopped up and scooped 

with warm bread whenever something sweet is craved for, or diluted with a little

warm water and used as a dip. 

Made from Tahini Sesame Paste, Date Syrup, Sesame Seeds and Spices and is often referred to as Liquid Halva and used in the same way you’d use chocolate spread.

Aside from eating with bread, it can be enjoyed sandwiched between two biscuits, mixed through porridge, custard, rice pudding or sweet potato mash and as a filler 

for crepes, scones and a melt in the middle pudding. 

Use as a dip with fresh fruits, griddled or barbecued pineapple and marsh mallows,

or to drizzle over waffles, yoghurt, vanilla ice cream and banana splits.

It’s great to bake with and makes a wonderful addition to cakes and muffins especially with bananas or simply used as a glaze for flapjacks and cookies. 

For a no-bake easy banoffee cups, simply smash digestive biscuits, top with custard 

and slices of bananas and devour with a generous topping of Rashi & Dibis.

It’s also just as delicious used for savoury dishes especially when mixed with a little 

soya sauce and a sprinkle of chilli for making marinades or pour over sauces for 

chicken, tofu or paneer.
