Complex profile but balanced EVOO with diverse vegetal aromas. It has an intense distinctive flavour which recalls olive leaves, green grass and vegetables, followed by a slight astringency. It has strong vegetables and green accents. This is a green balanced intense oil with a medium-high bitterness and spices.
