Single Vineyard "Sendero del Monte", over 65 years old located at the highest point of La Seca.Bush vines Verdejo variety in gravelly soils. The characteristic climate of the D.O. Rueda means that the vines endure very cold and long winters, short springs with late frosts, and hot, dry summers. These factors force the vines to look for their water resources in the depths of the subsoil, more than in other areas of Europe. The rains are scarce reaching a minimum of 300k and a maximum of 500k per year. The vegetation sprouts late with pruning until the month of March or even April.Our soils are unique, formed by boulders or cantals that allow good drainage and aeration of the land. These cantals protect the roots of the vine from the hot summers and cold winters of our continental climate.

Winemaking: Manual harvest in boxes of 15kg. Fermented and aged on its lees for 11 months in stainless steel tanks, keeping its own lees in suspension throughout its aging to preserve the primary aromas of Verdejo.
