Ibéricos Montesano Acorn-fed 100% Iberian sausage is made with high quality meats from 100% Iberian pigs raised in our Extremadura pastures, cradle of the Iberian par excellence and fed with acorns, herbs and natural grasses. It is seasoned with natural spices such as ground pepper, peppercorns and salt, stuffed into natural casings and cured in natural drying sheds for a period of 5 months, resulting in a natural product with a fine texture and exquisite flavor.
