These natural Indonesian vanilla pods are grown at the LittlePod orchard in Bali, where our farmers use a pioneering system of polyculture.

Whilst simultaneously growing a wide variety of crops in the natural rainforest, the LittlePod orchard is creating a self-sustainable ecosystem, contributing to biodiversity and improved soil fertility.

This vanilla type has a unique smoky flavour with earthy undertones. It is best used in rich desserts, chocolates and caramels. The smokiness pairs well with savoury dishes like curries, brown butter, barbecue or cream sauces.

Gluten-free and suitable for vegans, the LittlePod farmers' vanilla pods are available to purchase in packs of two, five and ten. These can also be bought in quantities of 100g, 250g, 500g and 1kg. Keep in an airtight container and store in a cool dark place once opened.
