A Munich Helles style lager that’s low in bitterness & and features a grain bill of Extra Pale & Munich for just a hint of maltiness.
We brew it using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast & hop it principally with Czech Saaz. We also add a small amount of something zesty at the end, just for a little zing. Not too much so that it strays into Pale Ale territory, but just enough to tickle the tastebuds.

Unfined & unfiltered.
