Rare & Pasture and Tempus Foods have recently joined forces to expand production and sales of our charcuterie and cooked meat products. We’re still making the products we’ve become known for, but we can now offer a wider range of products to our customers.
Our combined range includes cooked and smoked products such as frankfurters, pastrami and paté, as well as charcuterie including salamis, air-dried hams and bresaola. Charcuterie products are available to the retail and food service sectors as either sliced or whole muscle products.
All our products are made simply and traditionally to showcase the quality of our meat. Rare & Pasture’s meat come from Fowlescombe Farm (our own regenerative farm in South Devon) as well as from other farms with similar values, while Tempus champions the use of outdoor reared ex-breeding sows and ex-diary beef.
