Fresh Eric's Cake Co are a small, family run bakery business, established over 20 years, and located in Southeast London.

We hand bake great tasting cakes, tarts, puddings and traybakes, with a focus on classic recipes done well. 

We wholesale for frozen distibution nationally, as well as offering a friendly and reliable service direct to the catering trade in and around London, on our own vehicles.
