I was inspired by God to produce food which had never existed before now, which I began and to develop my knowledge of food, I went and studied Human Nutrition at Oxford University. With God's inspiration and knowledge gained from my Human Nutrition course I developed a fusion food called 'Inglish-Swallow' and 'Inglish-Swalloat' flour, which is a 'Swallow' food traditionally and commonly called 'Fufu' in some parts of West Africa.
