Our family has cultivated the prized Red Thistle
of Ágreda and the exquisite black truffle, culinary
jewels that have been our legacy and passion
across generations, since time immemorial.
Each product we grow carries the essence of our

Thus, with the same respect for the land and its
gifts, we have incorporated innovative mushroom
cultivation systems such as shiitake and oyster
