The London Brownery is delighted to announce its first appearance at Speciality & Fine Food Fair, set to take place at Olympia London on 10-11 September. Known for its luxurious and inventive brownies, The London Brownery will be showcasing a selection of its six signature flavours, which have quickly gained a devoted following among dessert aficionados.

The London Brownery was founded in 2023 by three siblings on a mission to redefine the brownie experience. After countless hours—and calories—of experimentation and innovation, they created six head-turning flavours, all of which will be available for sampling at the Fair:

• Classic Chocolate: Made with dark and velvety Belgian chocolate, this brownie is sprinkled with sea salt for an irresistible combination of richness and subtle savoury notes.
• Salted Caramel: Sweet, sticky, and salty, this brownie features a luxurious home-made caramel that perfectly balances the sweetness with a hint of salt.
• Peanut Butter: A decadent blend of brownie and crunchy peanut butter swirled together, offering a perfect marriage of textures and flavours.
• Chocolate Orange: A zesty delight, this brownie is infused with real candied orange, offering a vibrant citrusy twist to the rich chocolate base.
• Cherry and Almond: A delightful mix of sweetness and crunch, combining juicy cherries with the nutty flavour of almonds for a satisfying bite.
• Masala Chai: This unique brownie is infused with the warming spices of cardamom and cinnamon, offering an exotic twist that captures the essence of masala chai.
