- Nobody will be allowed admission to this event without a valid ticket or pass.
- All registrations have been vetted to determine their status. All those classed as a supplier must pay the full fee of £350 inc VAT in order to attend. If you think this decision has been made incorrectly, then please email sfffteam@montgomerygroup.com
- Tickets are valid for both Tuesday 10 September and Wednesday 11 September 2024.
- For safety of all people at the event, the venue management and the organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches.
- All tickets and passes should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- Supplier tickets cannot be refunded after purchase, and duplicate tickets cannot be issued under any circumstances.
- Defaced or altered tickets or passes will not be accepted and will be refused entry or the pass or ticket will need to be reprinted at our registration desk.
- Tickets cannot be sold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been resold, they will be invalidated, and the supplier will be refused admission. You can however transfer your ticket, providing you do so in advance of the opening times. Please email sfffteam@montgomerygroup.com to arrange this.
- The organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content timing of the whole or any part of the event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange ticket
