The Ausha Organic Fermented Black Peppercorns is a 3*** Star Award Winner at the Great Taste Award 2022. 

Organic Peppercorns are fermented in Sea Salt for a period of 6 months to get an exquisite Pepper flavour.

Fermented Black Peppercorns in Brine can be added directly to Soups, Sauces, Dishes, Curries either as a whole or by crushing while cooking to get a great flavour and Aroma.

Artisanal Quality: Carefully fermented using traditional methods, these peppercorns are a gourmet ingredient for elevating your culinary creations.

Exquisitely distilled, our inaugural Ukrainian dry gin boasts an unparalleled balance achieved through the fastidious curation of indigenous ingredients. Each component has been painstakingly selected with the utmost precision. A labor of three years in the making, our gin recipe stands as a testament to our unwavering dedication to perfection. 

Its refined palate and alluring bouquet encapsulate the very soul of the Ukrainian terroir, encapsulating the quintessence of our land's finest attributes. 

21 botanical components grace our concoction: Carpathian juniper, delicate birch buds, aromatic thyme, precious iris root, ethereal acacia flowers, exquisite jasmine, fragrant elderflower, angelic angelica, spicy clove, warming cinnamon, zesty lime, fragrant coriander, lemon verbena, succulent elderberry, calming chamomile, noble sage, soothing lavender, again, the precious iris root, cranberry leaf, refreshing melissa (lemon balm), and the sweet essence of honeycomb. 

Traditional Smoked Salmon

Our traditional oak smoked salmon is unique start to finish, we begin with our special cure, using sugar and salt, followed with our recipe, which hasn’t changed for over 100 years. Everything is done by hand, including measuring out ingredients by eye. The smoking process is performed in our brick kiln, one of the few remaining original kilns, it has been in constant use since 1880. The salmon is Scottish reared and comes from the same spot in Dunoon every time. It’s texture is beautifully buttery once it has spent 24 hours being smoked over whisky barrel shavings which impart their oak smoked flavour into the salmon. To finish Alister our head smoker slices the salmon by hand.

We have two ingredients that sets us apart, we use sugar as part of our cure, imparting a less salty taste, and beautiful buttery texture, as well as our secret ingredient. The smoking process is performed in our original brick kiln, one of the few remaining original kilns in Scotland which has been in constant use since 1880.

Traditional Smoked Trout

Our oak smoked trout is one of our core products, we begin with our special cure, using sugar and salt, followed with our recipe, which hasn’t changed for over 100 years. Everything is done by hand, including measuring out ingredients by eye. The smoking process is performed in our brick kiln, one of the few remaining original kilns, it has been in constant use since 1880. The trout is Scottish reared and comes from the same spot in Dunoon every time. It’s texture is firmer than salmon due to trout having less fat and higher protein content. once it has spent 24 hours being smoked over whisky barrel shavings which impart their oak smoked flavour into the trout. The trout is hand sliced by Alister our head smoker.

Lagg Whisky Cured Salmon

Once upon a time there were two Island’s separated by a narrow strait of water.

The salmon people from the Isle of Bute and the whisky people from The Isle of Arran were different in many ways but they shared a common dream: to create a new smoked salmon product that would combine the best of both islands; the sweet smoky flavour of Lagg whisky with the delicate buttery flavour of Bute salmon.

This craftmanship and passion for the finest ingredients has resulted in Lagg Whisky Smoked Salmon. We hope you enjoy tasting as much as we enjoyed crafting. An absolute show-stopper.

Millar Moo is fast becoming a family favourite in flavoured milk drinks. It’s been around since 2015 but recently has been enjoying major success in the UK market. Available in 4 flavours, Strawberry, Chocolate, Banana and our hugely popular Cookies & Cream, Millar Moo prides itself on being in fully recyclable packaging.  

Millar Moo was developed by Clarke Millar when he saw a gap in the market for a flavoured milk in the old-fashioned Glass Bottles and today can be found in not only our iconic glass bottles but in aluminium cans and tetra packs. 

Being Gluten Free, containing the natural high protein level of milk and being fat free, Millar Moo gives parents the confidence that this is a healthy product to have in the fridge for all the family.
