Our visitors joined us at Drinks Uncovered where our industry partners unveiled insider tips and provided invaluable insights on curating an enticing drinks selection to elevate our visitors' offering – we covered everything from spirits, sake, and wines, to the 'shroom boom, tea, and coffee! The Tasting Station

Visitors headed to the Tasting Station to indulge their taste buds as they discovered the crème de la crème of food and drink that our producers had to offer at the Fair.

Located in Drinks at the Fair, visitors could swing by The Wine Cellar to embark on a journey to explore the finest wines the market has to offer.

Filled with a vibrant array of innovative drinks ranging from spirits, beers, ciders, and wines to tea and coffee, this area of the Fair was the ideal place to stir up creativity and discover the latest offerings in the realm of beverages, providing inspiration to enhance our visitors' busineses.

Start-Up Village

The jewel in the Speciality crown - The Start-up Village – was the place to meet some of the industry's newest and most innovative start-ups, all under the age of 2 years old. This bustling zone is one of the most highly anticipated gems of the Fair and serves as a launchpad for many successful and well-known businesses.

Seminar Programme

Visitors learnt unique insights from the brightest brains in the industry. From the Talking Trends theatre where we hosted roundtable discussions to Drinks Uncovered, where attendees explored prominent drinks trends and gained expert advice on selecting the perfect products. The Power Breakfast

In 2024 Speciality & Fine Food Fair had the second edition of the Power Breakfast in partnership with Invest NI. This event was a chance to hear from multi award winning UK writer and celebrity chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall as he dove into the future of local food. 

 

B Corp Guide
